Double seam, 100-year heritage
The same double-lock standing seam metal roofers have trusted for a century, with exceptional wind and water protection. Mechanical lock mounting, no rails, no penetrations for the array.
Light enough for re-roofs and retrofits
15 kg/m² (3.17 lb/ft²) installed, roughly 30% less than common systems, so it goes on most existing structures without reinforcement.
Engineered for weather
Tested to 112 psf positive and 50 psf negative load, hail up to 1 inch (25 mm), and an operating range of −40 °F to +104 °F. Designed for high snow load.
Clean, all-black roofscape
Granite HDX RAL 9005 steel and low-iron glass with a matched 30 GU / 70 GU gloss. Reads as a premium metal roof from the street.

Common questions from contractors.
Is this a rack-mounted system or a true integrated roof?
A true integrated roof. Each Velario UltraSlim panel is a double-seam standing-seam metal roofing panel with monocrystalline cells laminated to the steel under tempered low-iron glass. The panel is the roof covering; there are no rails and no roof penetrations for the array.
Does my crew need solar experience to install it?
The roofing scope is a standing-seam metal installation with a mechanical lock. The electrical scope is a standard string-PV connection using Stäubli MC4-Evo 2 connectors, one bypass diode per module, and a 1000 V system rating. Roofing crews handle the panels; a licensed electrician handles the wiring. Talaform trains both.
What do partners pay for the product?
Pricing and terms are shared with approved partners after the introductory call. There is no fee to apply and no inventory you are required to carry.
Where do you supply today?
We are launching with partners in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast and will expand territory as the network grows. Companies outside those areas are welcome to apply; we will let you know the timeline for your region.
What certifications does the product carry?
Velario UltraSlim is designed according to UL/CSA 61730 (PV module safety) and UL 7103 (building-integrated PV). Current certification documents and the installation manual are provided to partners for permitting and AHJ submittals.
Who is behind Talaform Supply?
Talaform Supply is a US company founded by operators with direct experience running a national channel-installer program for a premium integrated solar roof. We introduce ourselves properly on the first call.
